Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in resalable condition.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products impacted by Covid-19 are subject to a no-return policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Item is damaged and or not in resalable condition.
- If an order is missing items and parts
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We can provide you with a label via email. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we provide you with a label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning without using our label, you are responsible for shipping them back safely, securely, and in a timely manner. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Did your order arrive damaged?
We have a guaranteed safe arrival policy. If your order arrives damaged, it’s on us. Call, email, or connect with live chat to resolve this. Be sure to provide your order number so we can rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
