What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards are processed via Braintree (a Paypal company).
We also accept Paypal and Purchase Orders.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we need a completed credit application and information regarding your Account’s Payable contact (Name, Phone, Company Email). Provide a destination email for invoices if it is different than your Accounts Payable contact.

If your company has a standard letter of references and bank information, this can substitute for our credit application. Still provide an Accounts Payable contact.
When paying invoices, make checks payable to Harmony Business Supplies, Inc. – We do business as (DBA) Harmony Lab & Safety Supplies.
Do you accept ACH payments?
If you are a business or agency that would like to pay by ACH, contact our support to arrange payment. We do not have an automated system with ACH yet.
Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?
We do not accept payment via cryptocurrencies at this time.
Do you collect sales tax?
As a registered business in the state of California, we are obligated to collect sales tax.
If you are a Tax-Exempt Organization or have a Reseller Certificate, then send us your documents so we can mark your account to not pay sales tax.
